Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are crowned as the champions of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 with their 8-wicket triumph over the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the final at the Chepauk which happens to be their third title after a 10-year drought.

After Sunday's match, a picture of the 2012 final went viral where Suhana Khan, Ananya Pandey and Shanaya Kapoor are seen celebrating the win over the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan. The trio was yet again seen in the stands of the same stadium, celebrating yet another win.

In the aforementioned picture, Suhana, Ananya and Shanaya were seen celebrating KKR's IPL 2012 triumph alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan at the same venue in 2012. 

On Sunday evening, the trio was seen supporting and celebrating the win together yet again after 12 long years.

In 2012, SRK's KKR broke Chennai Super Kings' (CSK) streak of two back-to-back IPL wins by defeating them at their home in his presence and they become the third most successful team in the league with their third trophy, just behind CSK and Mumbai Indians' (MI) 5 each.

Playing their fourth final, at the home ground of the team that defeated them in 2021, KKR lost the toss and were asked to bowl first. Thanks to some fiery bowling led by Mitchell Starc's 2/14, they were able to restrict the Sunrisers at 113. Andre Russell finished with 3/19 as well.

Venkatesh Iyer led KKR to a 10-over run chase with his 52*(32) alongside 29(32) by Rahmanullah Gurbaz.
